You are getting an ORA-600 error ... call Oracle Tech Support and tell them the error you are receiving and all associated argument numbers. In the trace file you attached, here is the info they will want:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [12333], [95], [48], [198], [], [], [ ], []

The argument numbers (12333, 95, etc.) will help them know where in the code the errors are occurring. You may need a patch or something or support may know of a parm setting to eliminate the problem.
