I have developed a package and methodology for creating test data by extracting it from a production database. It is being published in the next issue of ORACLE Magazine. If you were at OpenWorld, I presented the paper there and the code will be available on the OpenWorld server in a few days I expect.

Paper #11, Extracting a Referentially Intact Subset of Data

The Magazine article will be called "Creating a Good Test Database"
