Oracle 8 and Images

Hello,

Has anyone had any experience with using Oracle 8 and the new image cartridge. I am currently using Oracle 7.33 and OWA replacement cartridge and was wondering if the same thing could be done. I want to be able store images from my local workstation into the database and then based on certain queries retrieve those images out of the database and download them to my workstation. If anyone has had any experience with this, I would appreciate any ideas and suggestions.
