Capturing Resource Limit Violations

I've implemented resource limits on the adhoc query users who are hitting a reporting database instance on Oracle. My question is:

Is there any way I can capture info (at the server level) on the user, date , time and resource limit that he violated ? I'd like to monitor the failures so I can adjust the limits I've set and then monitor what affect they have on the users.
