Dev2K apps thru WWW, WAS 3.0 enough ?

If I need to run a form via a Web browser (thru the Internet), and assuming I convert all the forms with the Developer suite for Web,

is the Oracle's Web Application Server enough ? or do I need another web server (from Netscape or Microsoft) to complete all the needed functionality ?
