  If you've got the time do this.  Re-partition the hard disk like this...
	PART1 256 MB <C:>
	PART2 256 MB <Y:>
	PART3 ~3.5GB <D:>

  Install as follows:

	C:\WINNT -- operating system
	D:\ORANT -- Oracle
	Y:\	  -- pagefile.sys Start w/ 75 MB 

  You'll get 300MB "usable" virtual memory, and a lot less disk thrashing.
