Tools to monitor Oracle applications response times

Anybody out there ever have a need to track Oracle Applications end-to-end response times? Basically we are looking for such a product. We want to know when a Oracle Financials user is having response time problems. A user can tell us that the system was slow yesterday at 3:00 but we have no evidence to see if it was a problem or not. Or whether it was a problem for just that user or everyone. The only tool that kind of comes close is Compuware's ECO-Scope. Has anyone out there ever solved this issue?
