Help - OWS 3.0 beta 2 problem - cartridge authorization check.

I am evaluating OWS 3.0 beta 2. There is a tutorial to create a small plsql procedure named current_users.sql and execute it via the OWS/Netscape interface.

The procedure compiles and installs without error.

When I access it via Netscape
http://<machine:port>/OWA_DEFAULT_SERVICE/plsql/current_users I get an error statement "an error occurred while the cartridge performed authorization check".

There is no PLSQL or ORA error number.

Anyone know what is happening or how I might get more information on what this error might be?
