Swathi,

Yes, you are correct you need to specify a different port and also a different name for the second listener. Something like LISTENER2 vs the default listener which is LISTENER . You put another entry in the listener.ora file. If you need and example send a mail reply to this. If you have Oracle support agreement they will have a nice 10 pages document that they will happily send you if you log a call.
