You can export the database without data using the export tool "exp" with
the parameter "rows=n". Then import the file using the import utility "imp"
with the parameters "show=y" and "log=<your log file name>".



The disadvantage is the log file created will contain the scripts for all
the objects in the database or for the schema specified.
