Enterprise vs. Workgroup

We are running a relatively small shop and have decided on Win NT vs. HP/UNIX. This decision made, we are considering the differences between the Enterprise server vs. the workgroup server. We will need the replication features of Enterprise, and I am under the assumption the assyncronous replication does not exist on the Workgroup server. Can anybody confirm this?

Also, we would like to establish a hardware solution with redundant servers which could cover for each other in a disaster recovery situation. Can we run both the Enterprise and Workgroup versions on the same physical box? The box will be a Compac Proliant 5000 with I believe 4 CPUs.

We currently have memory leak occuring within a Delphi Application which is using 7.2.X Oracle workgroup server and 2.2.X version of SQL*Net. We upgraded to 2.3.X version of SQL*Net and the memory leak dropped to 30% of the original leak, yet still existed. If anybody has had this in the past, please let me know. Our next step is to try and move to Oracle 7.3.X to bring the SQL*Net and Oracle in sync. We hope this addresses the memory leak.
