Oracle Win3.1 Tools under NT 4.0

Hello,

is it possible to run Oracle Win3.1 Client Tools under NT 4.0.? I tried to install the tools, because Network Manager isn't available under NT tools. When I try to start the applications, I get an error stating that a DLL 'nmvrd.dll' isn't found. Also SQL Plus doesn't run, because 'nwcalls.dll' isn't found. I used the Oracle7 Server CD Version 7.3.2.2.0
