Tablespace Tuning with Raid/response

If you have the ability to isolate your controllers into two separate areas, then splitting up your raided disks into separate volumes is a good idea. However, if you cannot do this, I doubt that much will be gained by splitting the disks up. Everything is still going through a single pipe.
