We have an Immediate Opportunity for you as Oracle HR Technical Consultant

Location                     :        Green Bay, WI.



Employment type    :           12 months.





Job Description:

Ø Need Oracle Apps HR Technical consultants with knowledge/ training/exposure to R12.

Ø Core HR, Advanced Benefits and iRecruitment.

Ø Developer defines and builds technology solutions based on a solid understanding of applicable business requirements and technical environment needs. Includes analysis of business and technical needs, documentation of designs, translation into proper IT solution requirement specifications, and development/coding of solutions via the creation of deliverables such as Technical Design Documents
(MD70), logical data models, and developing Reports, Interfaces,
Conversions, Extensions and Workflows (RICEW). Competent to work at varying technical levels across phases of solution design and development while considering the implications of the application of technology to the current and future technical environment. The Technical Lead / Developer works very closely with the client IT community in understanding and meeting their business and technical needs.

Oracle EBS KNOWLEDGE:

Ø Past experience in Defining and Building RICEW solutions for the EBS HR system.

Ø At least one resource with past experience designing/building application to application and business to business interfaces from Oracle Core HR, Recruiting, Advanced Benefits, Self-Service - Needed now

Ø Learning - Needed for next wave (not included in numbers above) Compensation, Performance Management - Needed for future waves

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ø In-depth knowledge of BOTH module functionality and technical environment

Ø Ability to both Design and Develop (Code)

Ø Conduct technical requirements gathering, and participate in analysis, design and integration activities for a variety of internally developed and externally purchased application systems.

Ø Create detailed deliverables utilizing the AIM/OUM methodology

Ø Responsible for producing and delivering high quality, structured, fully tested solutions on time, on budget, and in accordance with client requirements and departmental quality standards.

Ø Ability to lead technical discussions and good written and verbal communication skills

Ø Ability to teach and transfer knowledge to client associates.
