I have moved one small app to 11gR1 but it is non-critical and is working just fine. Everything else will be migrated, based on some serious testing cycles, in 2008 if no issues warrant holding back.

Right now 11gR1 looks a solid, or slightly more so than did the initial release to 10.2.0.1 so let that be your guide.
