Not true.

It has had 9.2.0.4 (for Linux for sure - had a nasty experience with that one), and currently, I see:

Oracle Database 10g Release 2 (10.2.0.3) for Vista New! (4-May-07)
Oracle Database 10g Release 2 (10.2.0.2) for HP OpenVMS Alpha
Oracle Database 10g Release 2 (10.2.0.2) for OpenVMS Itanium
Oracle Database 10g Release 2 (10.2.0.2) for Solaris x86
Oracle Database 10g Release 2 (10.2.0.2) for HP Tru64 UNIX
Oracle Database 10g Release 2 (10.2.0.2) for z/Linux
Oracle Database 10g Release 2 (10.2.0.2) for z/OS (OS/390)

Some version descriptions clipped for formatting purposes. I did not bother to check other products, just database - --
