The majority of the world population doesn't know, or isn't affected by Sarbanes/Oxley. Surely George W Bush, Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld want to bomb to entire world to their interpretation of 'democracy' (which includes torture as legal interrogation method as it is not being administered buy US citizens). Does that mean someone who doesn't know what Sarbanes/Oxley is, can't read?
It is about time Americans learn they don't 'own' the world!!!!!
