With pleasure. Go to $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin

Look at a1001000.sql or any of the other upgrade scripts such as: a0801070.sql, a0900010.sql, or a0902000.sql depending on your version of Oracle. Also look at the corresponding c#######.sql scripts.
