I'm not sure what you are asking for....as far as Oracle is concerned, as far as Oracle is concerned, the database does not care if the stored procedure is wrapped or not. The upgrade will be unaffected by the presence of wrapped code. And the wrapped code will be unaffected by the upgrade.
