You'll need either to resolve the problems in your application (the reason why the CPU got pegged anyway) and/or dump SunCluster. Personally, I would do both.
I'm not sure why Sun is still selling this piece of crap. We have seen so many situations where Suncluster fully unjustified decided to failover...
