Some info:
modifying mod_osso should be enough
In the Aplication Server Control, navigate to Discoverer Config, and
add a Public Connection; the user is the end user layer user of
Discoverer.
Restarting Discoverer (opmnctl stopproc ias-component=Discoverer,
followed by opmnctl startproc ias-component=Discoverer) should
finish it off:
opmnctl status
