9.2.0.3 sure is buggy... we have hit 6 oracle bugs. 4 were already known. We used 2 one off patches. We had to go to 9.2.0.5... to fix many of them.

We hit everything from ORA-600 errors with RAC and transportable tablespaces, to ora-600 errors with SQL Loader, to an issue with synonyms, to problems with SQL and Unions.
