Hopefully no. But just to make the job easier ... add the following to your SQLNET.ORA file.

sqlnet.encryption_client = "accepted"
sqlnet.encryption_types_client = "3DES168"
sqlnet.crypto_seed ="IUH&*^#(@RHJJHUIOYOQ#JIshabash"
