Problem with DB Propagate Assistent, (can't copy table data)

I have a big problem with the Oracle DB Propagate Assistent, i try to copy tables (and data) between 2 databases with a drag 'n drop operation.
Always I get the error-message that I have to create a database link named 'ORA15'. ( ORA15 is my source db)

The link exists and works fine in SQL+ e.g. "select * from A_at_ORA15" is working on target database.

I think there is a problem with the domain-naming. maybe ? If I create database-links in Enterprise Manager they are shown as "ORA15.ORACLE.COM' if I add a other domain-names, the link is still working in SQL+.

But in all ways the DB-Propagate is not working. any ideas are welcome..
