Is jrew.exe on the client getting any time? Is there evidence in the listener.log on the servers that something is happening (search for jrew)?
Does tnsping work?
How about sqlplus?
Your tnsnames.ora (or whatever you are using) ok? Does it happen consistently with the same servers, after rebooting client?
What else are you running on client? Is there more than one jrew?
