This does not look like 9iAS at all, more like the HTTP Server that comes 
with the database.



The 9iAS apache cannot be started with apache -k start; the one with the 
database can be started with apachectl. Once you have your environment set 
up OK (LD_LIBRARY_PATH, ORACLE_HOME, PATH etc.).
