Parsing PL/SQL block

Hi,

I am searching for a tool or stored procedure to parse PL/SQL blocks out of a given SQL*Plus script. Searching google did not help. Do you have any suggestions? Some open source/freeware tool written in Java would be nice, an Oracle package to do that work, too.
