As others have already indicated the command in 9i is imp.  After 7.3,
Oracle changed the names of most of the command line tools so that they were
consistent among all of the platforms which supported Oracle.  imp and exp
were the commands on Unix, while imp73 and exp73 were the corresponding
commands on NT.  Also, much to my regret, the Data Manager is gone after
7.3.
