Java program in Oracle

How I can call java program in Oracle PL/SQL that in turn will be called from PowerBuilder (my front end). Java program runs the security service that runs from business process and does some manipulations in the database. the database is Oracle 8i. Now I have 2 options either to call Java program in PowerBuilder or wrap java program in PL/SQL Block and call the PL/SQL Stored procedure from PB Client.

can someone help me out????
