Sure, makes sense; I still go back Galen to asking that Oracle Engineering just do this right so you don't have to waste your time on these types of issues.

And while I'm at it, we should get the EXPLAIN PLAN to explain the functions in the SELECT; currently it doesn't explain 'em. *sigh*
