Authors Wanted

From the web page http://www.itc2.org/FAQ.htm it appears that the
"authors" earn money for certifying Oracle people! They offer two
alternatives to Oracle OCP:

• ECOCD - Oracle Certification Program – OCP

• ECODBA - Oracle DBA certification

"If we had 100 people certify and you did the reviews and vetting you
