Is in it, has been in it for a long time. Even works cross session, that is you can start sqlplus, exit it start it again, and still "arrow-up" to the statements used in the previous session.

Just don't close the command session ;-)

SQL*Plus only not the windowed version (which has the "click both" copy-n-paste function.)
