Oracle Forms 6i/Windows XP Home Installation

Does anyone know if it is possible to get Oracle Forms 6i working with 
Windows XP Home. I seem to have gotten it installed but cannot connect 
to my database. I have mirrored the tnsnames.ora file between the two 
but still can't connect. (This is for a class, not production.)
