If memory serves me correctly, your question is answered in chapter 5 of
the Oracle Utilities Reference Manual, either in the first couple of
examples or in the section about loading logical records into tables.



If you don't have it handy, a copy can be found by accessing OTN and
heading off to the Documentation link.
