I changed the Semiphore value smmns from 200 to 600 in /etc/system . I saw
it on a site to change the value from 200 to 600 or 1000. I changed it to
600 and it worked. I did a search on google for the actual error ora-03114
and I got a bunch of hits. I love google!!
