Apache http server race condition

Windows2000/Oracle 9.2.0.1.0

When I start up Oracle, 2 instances of Apache start. Apache produces a race condition, writing several gigabytes to its error log in ..Apache/Apache/logs/ within a minute.

The first 100 lines or so is appended at the end of this message.

I have checked the Oracle FAQ on OTN, issues 3 & 4 that was mentioned in a posting here on Apache http server problems several days

agao; my oracle_apache.conf figure does *not* contain duplicate entries.

I have also reinstalled Oracle several times, but each time have cleaned up the registry according to Oracle window's installation guide.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
