you can add a field by selecting it from the available fields list - it will be used in addition to the ones you specify in your custom sql ..use the reset function when viewing the sql to insure it gets added.. * BTW, this is a Crystal design problem not, strictly, an Oracle one, so you may want to post follow-ups in a more appropriate group

You need to identify which field is being used in a formula or criterion and is not in your select list in the SqlQuery..
