And then the skills shortage grows as you can't get a job because you have no experience but you can't get the experience if you don't have the job.

Employers are going to have to learn soon. We should be more like the medical services that offer training though out their job lifetime.

I think if you have got off your arse and got an OCP then they have potential. Give them a chance!!!
