First, there is no "Expiration Date" with Oracle software...play with it all you want.
(personal opinion next:) Oracle Corp doesn't operate the same way as M$ who looks to stick
a revenue pipe into everyones a**
Re the license thing for PE.....I'd say its an honor license thing.
