dbstart problem, plz help!!!

Hi all!


I can't start database. when I run dbstart I get the following error:



sqlplus: error while loading shared libraries:
/u01/app/oracle/product/9.0.1/lib/libwtc9.so: undefined symbol:
kpggwcx_



This happend after bad installation of developer 6i



Please, prompt me how can I recover the shared library
