Please have a look at SQL*XL. SQL*XL is an addin for Excel that allow you to pull data straight from Oracle into Excel. The opposite can be done as well: posting a few spreadsheets of data into the Oracle database in one go.

SQL*XL is free for the things you want to do. It is nicely integrated in Excel (you can type things like select * from emp where sal > :Sheet1!A10;) Have a look at it!
