You don't have access to a database. You need to either have an Oracle database running on your local machine, or have SQL*Net installed and have access to a remote database.

Either way, you need to find yourself an introduction on Oracle and try to get a feel for how it works. It is _not_ a simple piece of software. Received on Thu Nov 08 2001 - 12:18:51 CST
