Discussion - Web vs Client Server

I'd like some feedback on the usage of WEB or ClientServer interface given the following:

1. Using internet for communications, multiple sites all within the same company.
2. Clients are all company controlled and configured and all W2K/2000.
3. Applications are very detailed (hundreds of fields) entry and reporting functions including printing of very detailed form type reports.
