There hasn't been a lot of action on the FAQ recently, but a few notes have come in whilst I've been out of the country, so I'll post them over the next couple of days.

A further enhancement to the FAQ - there are loads of useful documents scattered around the web which answer FAQs - if you know of a good answer, and where it can be located, send me an email with

    question
    author's name,
    document title
    document URL
    your name and (optional) email address     a brief comment on the document

I will then post the URL as part of the answer to the FAQ. NOTE: even existing answers can be extended by the addition of document references. And you can always supply new questions too.
