Oracle 8.1.5 and Developer 2000 2.1

Have just installed a second hard disk with NT4 sevice pack 4.0
Have loaded 8.1.5 and can TNS ping ok and connect via SQLPlus.
However if I go into developer I cannot connect to the database.
seems to be a service name conflict.


Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
