Requirements for laptop

Hai,

I have a few small questions. I need to advise the management about the purchase of laptops for employees with the idea that they can try out (new) Oracle software. What I like to know if anyone has experience with the installation of Ora-software on a laptop? Also, people want to try out various items like 8i, Jdev, D2k ..., so I think the hardware requirements will be pretty tough: 256 Mb RAM, PII, WinNT of Win2000,
>10Gb hd. Am I on the right track here or am I going to far?
