ORA-01546 Can't take rollback tablespace offline

Hi! I am trying to take rollback segment's tablespace offline but getting
this ORA-01546 error, saying there are some active rollback segment in
Tablespace. My question is, is there anyway I can take this tablespace
offline while there are active rollback segment in it, if not can I drop
this active segment somehow? which is the best v$ to get information about
active rollback segs?
