If I'm understanding correctly ...
you've regened the report, but the error is coming from PL/SQL that the report uses. I think adadmin has an option to recompile components (I'm away from my docset now, so this is a guess). If you are familiar with OEM, it can also be used to find (and fix) INVALID objects. jc
