Uncompiled PLSQL in Purchasin Report

We have installed Oracle Purchasing on our 10.7NCA installation, (Patch set O). When we attempt to print our Purchase Orders we get the following error:

REP-0736: There exist uncompiled program unit(s). REP-1247: Report contains uncompiled PL/SQL.

This is an HP/UX install and I have regen'd the report at the UNIX level using "r25convm" and have converted the rdf to an rex file and back to the rdf file with no luck.

The problem appears to be how to get the PL/SQL units compiled. R25convm is supposed to do this but apparently it doesn't work.
