Forms 6i on Linux

I've loaded Forms Web server on my Linux v2.2.16 machine.  I'm attempting to run
forms thru an Apache server.  The problem I'm running into is that the
Built-in's are not running.  I've generated a log that shows the triggers are
being fired but none of the built-in's are running.



How do I get them to work?????????
